Controller. Procureezy SAS (details above) decides how the personal data collected on this site is used. Contact: contact@procureezy.com.

What we collect. Identification information (name, email address, phone number, job title, company name and contact details), account information, transaction data, technical data (IP address, browser, device and operating system), usage data, and your marketing and communication preferences. When you request a demo on this site: your name, work email, company, role and the description of what you are sourcing.

Why. To provide, operate, maintain and improve our platform; to understand how it is used; to develop new features; to communicate with you, including about the demo you requested, updates and marketing; to process transactions; and to comply with legal obligations.

Who we share with. Service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting and email delivery; authorities where the law requires it; and a buyer or successor in the event of a business transfer, who must respect this policy. Demo requests are stored on Google Cloud in the European Union. Data you send through the form is never used to train third-party models.

Transfers outside the EU. When data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, such as the United States, the transfer is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Security. We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

How long. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for, including legal, accounting and reporting requirements.

Your rights. You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to contact@procureezy.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores your language and display preferences in your browser’s local storage, which is strictly necessary and needs no consent.

This site presents Procureezy and its services. Content is provided for information and may change without notice; product examples and supplier names shown in demos are illustrative.

Texts, visuals, logos and code on this site belong to Procureezy SAS or its partners and may not be reused without permission. Partner and customer logos remain their owners’ property.

Use of the Procureezy platform itself is governed by a separate subscription agreement. These terms are governed by French law.
